I'm Shira - an Industrial Psychologist with a deep curiosity about what drives us, moves us, and sometimes holds us back.

Over the years, my journey has taken me through the fields of coaching, neuroscience, and most profoundly, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy — a transformational model that has reshaped both my life and my practice. I now offer a blend of one-on-one sessions and group workshops, helping people reconnect with themselves and regulate their inner world through IFS-informed, neuroscience-backed tools.

Whether we're working side‑by‑side in a one-on-one session, or gathering collectively in a workshop, my goal is the same: to help you understand the parts of yourself that drive your responses, release internal tension, and build lasting regulation.

I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), neuroscience, and my lived experience to offer tools you can use immediately - whether you're in a private session or part of a group learning experience.

Individual Session Offerings
Results Coaching
Results Coaching is designed with the brain in mind a much more cognitive, practical approach. It deals with setting and achieving goals. At its foundation is coaching theory, supported by contemporary neuroscience.  A deep understanding of the brain and human behaviour can drive effectiveness at every level. 

This approach is outcome driven, with the goal of transforming thinking, behaviour and performance.

IFS (Internal Family Systems)
IFS is a powerful, transformative approach that sees every person as a system of inner parts - some protective, some wounded - guided by a core Self. Rather than pathologizing, IFS helps people access their Self, a place of clarity, compassion, and calm, and from there, heal and harmonize their parts. At its heart, IFS is a path to greater inner connection, emotional healing, and Self-led living. This approach can be used in isolation or to deepen the coaching work.

Wired for Resilience - 
A powerful introduction to the neuroscience of stress and self-regulation, with simple, practical tools you can use immediately.
Two hour Workshop
This extended session includes all the content of the one-hour workshop, with deeper insight, interactive exercises, and a focus on mindset, resilience, and real-life application.
Three-Hour Workshop
An immersive, in-depth, transformational experience combining storytelling, guided practice, and a closing breathwork session to shift from insight to embodiment.
